* feat(realtime)!: adopt Duration for the remaining TimeInterval intervals

RealtimeClientOptions takes heartbeatInterval, reconnectDelay, timeout
(renamed from timeoutInterval) and disconnectOnEmptyChannelsAfter as
Duration, matching HTTPClientConfiguration.timeout and
FunctionInvokeOptions.timeout. The per-call httpSend timeout is
Duration? too. withTimeout, ConnectionManager and ChannelStateManager
follow the public change, so no interval converts through Double
seconds any more.

The @_disfavoredOverload initializer without protocolVersion is
removed; the primary initializer accepts every call it did.

BREAKING CHANGE: RealtimeClientOptions intervals and the httpSend
timeout are Duration; timeoutInterval is now timeout and
defaultTimeoutInterval is now defaultTimeout. See V3_MIGRATION.md.

* chore: register RealtimeClientOptions.defaultTimeout in capability matrix

The rename from defaultTimeoutInterval surfaces as a new public symbol
against main. It governs subscribe/unsubscribe/broadcast/broadcast_http
timeouts alike rather than belonging to one capability, so register it
in the top-level supporting_symbols list next to RealtimeError, which
is documented there for the same reason.

* fix(auth): scope signOut's /logout call to the session it signs out

execute(for:) expects SessionOwnership, not Session — the call didn't
type-check, breaking main's build. #1399 clearly meant .snapshot(session)
(authorizedExecute right below uses the identical pattern): scope cleanup
to the session read before the request went out, so a sign-in that lands
while /logout is in flight doesn't get wiped by a stale response.
