docs(DateRangeInput, DateRangePicker): show how to block a submit with an invalid range (#1518)

The range keeps its dates in hidden inputs, which native constraint
validation skips, so form.checkValidity() stays true with the end before
the start, an empty required range or an end outside the limits, and the
documented starter script lets such a form through. A new subsection on
each page says so and shows the check: the getters (vanilla) and the
change events (React, Vue) report what the fields hold, with null for an
empty, incomplete or rejected end, so !start || !end || end < start covers
the three cases.
