Compose the C# verification (#815)

We verify the containers through one named private method per container
type in ``Verification``. Each method verifies only one level and calls
the method of its items by name, so the verification composes to any
depth without delegates and without hand-unrolled loops:

    foreach (var error in Verification.Verify_ListOf_Kind(that.Kinds))

The methods are named by a moniker of their own, which distinguishes
the constrained primitives (``Verify_ListOf_NonEmptyString``) as these
share a C# type, but are verified differently.

As a side effect, the JSON-able items of the lists and the tuples are
now verified instead of skipped, and the optional enumerations are
unwrapped with ``.Value`` instead of a null-coalescing workaround.
