Compose the C# descent (#814)

We descend into the containers through one named static method per
container type in ``internal static class Descent``, keyed by the type
moniker. Each method descends only one level and calls the method of
its items by name, so the descent composes to any depth without
delegates and without hand-unrolled nested loops:

    foreach (var anItem in Descent.Descend_ListOf_ISimple(SomeSimples))

The instances held directly by a property are still yielded in-line.
This prepares the ground for the nested collections.
