fix: Refuse quotes and backslashes in routes

Report a route that contains a double quote or a backslash in
datapages lint and gen, with a hint to write it as %22 or %5C, which
net/http decodes before matching. Generated code writes routes into Go
string literals, where a quote breaks the build and a backslash can
start an escape sequence that changes the path the server matches.
