fix: Refuse OnXXX events taken by pointer

Report an OnXXX handler that takes *EventXXX in datapages lint and gen,
with a hint that names the event type, instead of generating a call
that does not compile. Take the event by value: a stream decodes each
of its messages into one variable, which a pointer the handler keeps
would see overwritten.
