fix(keymap): close a --repeat window when the held tail's release is lost (#682)

A held tail keeps its repeat window open with no timer until that key's keyUp. A local monitor never sees a keyUp consumed by menu tracking, and the quick terminal is key while agterm is inactive, so its focus loss posts no deactivation. In both cases the window stayed open and the next press of the tail fired the action instead of typing.

The window now also closes when menu tracking begins and when a window resigns key while the app is inactive. A resign inside the active app is left alone, so --repeat next_window keeps stepping.
