* feat: --repeat keeps a leader sequence's prefix live, like tmux bind -r

A leader sequence fires once and forgets its prefix, so stepping through
sessions with ctrl+a>ctrl+l means retyping ctrl+a before every press.

--repeat (map and command, after the chord) makes a fired sequence leave
its prefix live for 0.5s, restarted per fire: the last chord of any
--repeat bind under that prefix fires again alone. Any other key closes
the window and is matched afresh, and Esc closes it while still reaching
the terminal. keymap list reports repeats on actions and commands.

* fix: --repeat review follow-ups

- repeats reads true only when a surviving alternative is a leader
  sequence, on both verbs (map f5|f6 and command cmd+g no longer report it)
- the chord reaches the matcher before the toggle_fullscreen check, so a
  repeat tail equal to ctrl+cmd+f repeats instead of toggling full screen
- autorepeat of a held live tail fires; other consumed autorepeat stays
  swallowed and nothing leaks once the window closes
- docs: read-back rule matches control-api.md, docs.html example keeps the
  shipped arrows and warns about modifier-less tails, SKILL.md lists it

* fix: hold a --repeat window open while its tail is held

macOS sends the first autorepeat only after "Delay until repeat" (0.5 s by
default), so a window timed from the fire closed before a held tail could
repeat. The window now stays open while the fired tail is down and its
0.5 s timeout starts on that key's release, unless a key pressed meanwhile
already closed it (a new leader keeps its 1.5 s timeout). App deactivation
closes it, since a keyUp outside the app never arrives.

The text-field and auxiliary-window guards now also close an open repeat
window, so a key typed there no longer leaves the next tail press live.
