fix(control): pace session.type's final Return (#681)

`session type` with a trailing newline could fail to submit in Claude Code once the line passed about 100 chars. The Return arrived 19-31 µs after the last text read, or merged into it, and Claude Code took it as pasted content, so the line stayed in the input box.

the final Return of a payload that ends in a line ending and has text before it now waits 10 ms. Non-Live panes and the quick terminal block in `inject`; Live panes send the Return as a second acknowledged `zmx type` call. The wait is blocking, so app-thread input cannot land between the text and its Return. A remote writer on a Live pane still can.

not covered: Returns inside a multi-line payload are not spaced, and a very long line can still be taken as a paste block.

measured against Claude Code 2.1.286, one call with a trailing newline at 60, 214, 500 and 2000 chars. On the surface route 4 of 12 submitted on master and 12 of 12 with the fix; the fixed Live daemon route also submitted 12 of 12.
