fix(InputGroup): drop the accidental xs size, document the .nav-enclosed tokens (#1486)

* docs: document the .nav-enclosed tokens and fence the sidebar calls

.nav-enclosed declared its thirteen tokens inline in the rule, so no
scss-docs capture could show them and a Sass map could not override
them. They move into $nav-enclosed-tokens through defaults(), the shape
the other nav variants use, with a nav-enclosed-tokens capture that the
nav page's CSS variables section now shows. The compiled coreui.css,
coreui-utilities.css and bootstrap.css are byte for byte the same.

The three JavaScript snippets on the sidebar page had no code fence, so
they rendered as prose and MDX read the comment line of the last one as
an expression. They are fenced js blocks in the style of the offcanvas
page.

* fix(InputGroup): drop the accidental xs size

The button size loop also emitted .input-group-#{size} > .btn for every
button size, so .input-group-xs existed but sized only the button,
leaving the field and the addon at the default size. Input groups and
form controls have sm and lg, and the migration guide promised a
.form-control-xs that never existed.

The input group button sizing moves into the $input-group-sizes loop of
_input-group.scss, in the same components layer, so it covers exactly
the sizes an input group has. Measured in Chromium: every element of
.input-group-sm and .input-group-lg keeps its computed padding, font
size, min height, radius and line height; the button of an
.input-group-xs goes back to the size of its field. The migration
sentence now names .btn-xs only. The React and Vue CInputGroup size
props already allow sm and lg only.

* fix(InputGroup): drop the comment the move made wrong

Buttons in an input group now size from $input-group-sizes, not
$button-sizes.

* docs: fix the $button-sizes and .btn-xs line height sentences

$button-sizes no longer generates .input-group-{size} selectors, and
.btn-xs is new in v6, so it did not get tigh... (continued)
