* feat(gatekeeper): page accepted events across DIDs with GET /api/v1/events

The Explorer listed recent events by resolving every DID in a date range
and exporting their histories; on a large node that is minutes of
Gatekeeper work per load. Add an endpoint that returns one page of
accepted events, newest first, filtered by time and registry, in both
Gatekeepers.

Each port serves it from an in-memory index of event summaries built
from the recovery snapshot (or the store when there is none) and kept
current by every accepted-history write, hooked at the store so no write
path can miss it. Drawbridge proxies the route, the client gains
listEvents, and the Explorer requests exactly the page it shows.

* fix(gatekeeper): rewrap a db method when it is replaced

The event-tracking db wrapper cached each wrapped method, so a method
replaced after construction (as test spies do) was bypassed. Keep the
cache, keyed by the function it wraps, so a replacement is wrapped anew.

* docs(gatekeeper): include registration in the /events response schema

Anchored events carry chain registration metadata; the OpenAPI schema
for GET /api/v1/events left it out.
