fix(explorer): make dark mode readable (#1337)

The DID document viewer always used @uiw/react-json-view's light colors,
DID links and operation types were hard-coded CSS colors, and the logo
is a black mark, so dark mode left keys, labels, links and the logo dark
on dark. Follow the app's theme mode instead: the viewer uses the
library's dark or light theme on the page background with the theme's
secondary text for type labels, links and operation types use palette
colors, and the logo is inverted on the dark theme.
