feat(interop): add optional nalgebra-0_35 conversions (#44)

- versioned optional dep nalgebra_0_35 behind feature nalgebra-0_35;
  From conversions both ways for Vector, Quaternion/UnitQuaternion, Matrix
- macro-generated impls so future nalgebra versions add alongside
- UnitQuaternion conversion normalises in-crate; no nalgebra float feature
- docs.rs all-features + doc_cfg badges; interop tests
- CI: all-features tests, lib builds with all features (host + thumbv7em)
- feature needs Rust 1.89 (nalgebra MSRV)
