List the bb agent's model without starting opencode

bb kept replacing free/auto with "Agent default" a few minutes after
re-registering the agent. Its model list ran "opencode models free",
and when that failed bb fell back to the default entry until a later
refresh succeeded. A logging wrapper caught one such failure: opencode
exited 1 with "database is locked", since bb refreshes every provider
at once and other opencode processes share the database.

free/auto is the only model, so the launcher now answers --list-models
itself without starting opencode, and install.sh --bb registers that as
the agent's modelCli. Any other arguments still go to opencode.
