PowerPoint2007 Writer : Give a hyperlink on a master or a layout its relationship (#1011)

writeHyperlink() writes the r:id that whoever builds the relationships of
the part filled in. The slide did; the master said "TODO: Write hyperlink
relationships?" and the layout did not say anything, so a hyperlink there
went out as r:id="" with its tooltip, promising a link the file does not
have.

The loop the slide ran moves to AbstractSlide with the method it calls,
and the master and the layout call it too. A jump to a slide from either
is written as ../slides/slideN.xml, since neither part sits in the folder
of the slides.
