ODPresentation Reader : Read a group, and the shapes of a page in the order they are drawn (#1012)

loadSlide() walked the draw:frame children of a page and then its
draw:line children, and nothing else. A draw:g -- which the Writer writes
for every Group, with its description, decorative flag and hyperlink --
was dropped with every shape in it, and a line drawn under a text box
came back over it.

The shapes of a page or a group are now read by one walk over its
children in document order, which recurses into a draw:g. The loaders
take the container to put the shape in, as loadShapeRichText() already
did for the slide note.
