ODPresentation Writer and Reader : Write an AutoShape, and read one back (#1020)

An AutoShape was written by the PowerPoint2007 Writer only. It is now written
as the draw:custom-shape LibreOffice writes for an OOXML preset: its type
named ooxml-<preset>, and its geometry carried along, as OpenDocument names
no preset shapes and a type alone draws nothing. The geometry of the 177
presets is taken from what LibreOffice writes for them; the four callout4
types are not OOXML presets and name their type only.

The Reader reads such a shape back, and a custom shape LibreOffice draws
with a geometry of its own as the preset its export to PowerPoint names.
