web-flowUpdate tests after qiskit changes (#360) (#361) * fix: remove duplicate directory listing from Make target * docs: stabilize fermionic synthesis guide assertions Qiskit 2.6 will include improvements to the default synthesis of its `PauliEvolutionGate` [1]. This resulted in our hard-coded CX gate count and depth assertions in our doctests to break. This rewrites the guide to assert their relative behavior and pushes the numeric values into a figure rather than table. This avoids the numeric assertion that can break across versions while preserving the visual aid for readers.
