Remove Travis, pylint, and Python 2 leftovers (#65)

Delete .travis.yml, pylintrc, and a committed .hypothesis cache; GitHub
Actions and deploy.sh already cover their roles. Ignore .hypothesis/ and drop
the nosetests.xml rule. Remove Python 2 syntax: no-op from __future__ imports
and explicit object bases.

Replace db_type's Python 2 'string_' entry, which never matched on Python 3,
with 'str_' (TEXT) and 'bytes_'/'bytes' (BLOB), so numpy fixed-width dtypes
no longer raise ValueError. DataFrame schemas are unchanged, since pandas
stores such arrays with the object dtype.
