refactor(Calendar)!: remove the cellHover event (#1458)

cellHover.coreui.calendar reported the date under the pointer or the
focus, so the date picker could preview it in its field. v6 no longer
draws that preview and nothing in the library listens for the event.
The calendar keeps the hover state that paints the range preview and
stops firing the event.

A page can still follow the pointer or the focus with mouseover and
focusin listeners on the calendar element, because every cell the
calendar shows carries its date in data-coreui-date, and the migration
guide says what such listeners do not replace. A spec pins the listeners
in place of the two that checked the event.
