Replace each HTTP/1 obs-fold with its own space

Empty segments between consecutive obs-folds were dropped, so two folds
in a row became one space and changed values such as a quoted filename.
RFC 9112 5.2 has each obs-fold replaced with at least one space, so only
the whitespace around the whole value is trimmed now.
