fix(Calendar): give a renderer isInRange wherever the range is drawn (#1448)

In week selection the range band is drawn on whole rows, the days of an
adjacent month included, but renderDayCell received isInRange: false for
those days, because the week branch took the day selection's
current-month condition when it got its meta. The condition now applies
in day selection only, where the range class skips an adjacent month's
days, and the docs move the note to the list of day-only fields.
