feat: add WithPluginAgent option to run KCL with a user-provided plugin agent (#598)

kcl-lang.io/lib native client already accepts a plugin agent pointer via
NewNativeServiceClientWithPluginAgent, but kcl-go only exposed the default
cgo-plugin based client through pkg/plugin.RegisterPlugin. Users bringing
their own agent (e.g. a host FFI callback) had no way to pass its pointer
to kcl.Run and friends.

- pkg/kcl: add the WithPluginAgent option, wire it into runWithHooks so
  the native service client is built with the agent when set
- pkg/native: re-export NewNativeServiceClientWithPluginAgent
- root kcl package: re-export WithPluginAgent
- pkg/internal/testpluginagent: cgo test fixture agent plus an e2e test
  running KCL code that calls a host function through the custom agent

Verified: go build ./..., go vet ./..., go test ./... (CGO_ENABLED=1 and
CGO_ENABLED=0) on darwin/arm64.
