* fix(Calendar): move focus into the years grid after the year button

The year button switched to the years view and put focus back on itself, so a keyboard user had to Tab into the grid, while the month button has moved focus into the months grid since #1430. Both buttons now go through _showPeriodView, which reads the month or year the panel showed before switching and, when focus was in the calendar, focuses it in the new grid, or the panel's tab stop when it cannot be picked (the month button used to fall back to the first panel's). The year button in the years view keeps focus, and the navigation click still puts focus back on its button otherwise. Space and Enter no longer pick a cell while the key repeats, so holding Enter on either button stops in the new grid instead of going on to pick January 1 and close a date picker.

Moving focus into the years grid after the year button, with the panel
fallback and the repeat guard, adds 67 B to coreui.esm.min.js and 67 B to
coreui.bundle.min.js (gzip-size, both sides built from v6-dev at acdd70dee).
v6-dev had 40 and 20 B left under the old ceilings, so each goes up by
0.25 KB.
