refactor(sorted_set): rename subset/disjoint to is_subset/is_disjoint (#4273)

Align the mutable and immutable SortedSet predicates with HashSet and
Set, which already use `is_subset` / `is_disjoint` / `is_superset`.
The old names stay as deprecated aliases. Also add `is_superset` to
both SortedSets.

Part of #4272.

Codex review: "Approved; no blocking issues. Semantics are preserved,
`is_superset` uses the correct argument order, aliases retain
compatibility, and no old-name callers remain."
