refactor(result): align Result combinators with Option (#4276)

- `Result::map`, `map_err` and `bind` now take `raise?` callbacks, as
  `Option::map`/`bind`/`filter`/`map_or` already do (and as
  `Result::unwrap_or_else` in the same file already does).
- Deprecate Result's `or` / `or_else` aliases of `unwrap_or` /
  `unwrap_or_else`; Option deprecated the same aliases, so `.or(..)`
  warned on one type but not the other.

Migrate the result README examples to the canonical names.

Part of #4272.

Codex review: "No blocking issues found. The signatures follow MoonBit's error-polymorphism semantics, preserving non-raising calls."
