Group projects in the global home, shared with the BB sidebar

The global home now lists projects under the named, collapsible project
groups BB keeps in its thread-list plugin (projectGroups and
collapsedProjectGroups), read and saved through the plugin's RPCs so a
group made in bbchat or the BB app shows up in both.

On a project, g moves it into an existing group, a new one, or out of
its group; on a group header, enter collapses or expands it, e renames
it, and u ungroups it. Groups sort by name among ungrouped projects.
Saves re-read the latest groups first and run one at a time. A BB
without project groups keeps the flat list, and a failed group read
still lists every project.
