web-flow1.8: install the AppStream metainfo under its component id (ported from #1804) (#1927) * 1.8: install the AppStream metainfo under its component id (ported from #1804) qtpass.appdata.xml becomes org.qtpass.QtPass.metainfo.xml, the name the AppStream spec derives from <id>, and main.pro installs it under that name. With the 1.8.2 tag the Flathub manifest can drop rename-appdata-file, as its reviewers asked; ci-manifest.sh strips the line for the tree build meanwhile, since the pinned v1.8.1 tag still installs the old name. REUSE, the Flatpak workflow path filter, the Flatpak README and the releasing skill follow. The AppImage, RPM-spec and release-workflow parts of #1804 do not apply to 1.8.
