* Auto push/pull were never saved since 1.8.0 (ported from #1792)

#1140 made the git options per profile and dropped the dialog's global
autoPush/autoPull writes without adding them to readSettings(); every
consumer reads the globals, so both checkboxes have been inert since
1.8.0. readSettings() writes them again and the profile switch applies a
profile's useGit/autoPush/autoPull the way it applies path and signing
key.

* 1.8: .codecov.yml nests project/patch under status (ported from #1762)

Without the status: level codecov ignored the block, so the 0.2% project
threshold and the 0% patch target never applied on this branch and every
small coverage dip failed the checks.
