Spec presenting through an entity on a versioned request

`DSL::Entity#entity_representation_for` hands the entity `version:`
along with `env:` when the request carries `api.version`. No spec did:
the `#present` specs run with an empty env, and the grape-entity
integration job never presents on a versioned API, so that branch was
the one line of `dsl/entity.rb` Coveralls reported missed.
