* feat: let Map::map and HashMap::map take a raising function

Functional collection operations accept a raising callback (`raise?`):
self is never modified, so an error simply discards the partial result.
filter already does; map, the other functional transform on the two
map types, did not. In-place operations (retain, update, get_or_init)
stay non-raising, since an error there would leave the collection
half-modified.

Adding `raise?` is source compatible: non-raising callers need no try.

* test: make the map raise tests prove their claims

From review: raise on the second call via a counter, so a partial
result has been built whatever the hash order, and check non-raising
use through a helper that is not declared `raise`, so it only compiles
if `map` with a non-raising function does not raise.
