docs: createRoot JSDoc states nested roots are owned by their parent (#3596)

The createRoot JSDoc in @solidjs/signals ("Creates a detached reactive
root") and the solid-js hydration facade ("non-tracked owner scope that
doesn't auto-dispose") still described 1.x semantics. In 2.0 a root
created inside an owner is owned by it and disposed with it (RFC 02);
detaching is explicit via runWithOwner(null, () => createRoot(...)).

Reword both JSDoc blocks, extend the examples with the detached form,
and add a MIGRATION.md entry with the 1.x -> 2.0 shape.
