Coverage from a run of every suite under lcov: passworddialog.cpp 84% ->
100%, fieldlabel.cpp 64% -> 100%, importkeydialog.cpp 42% -> 100%,
usersdialog.cpp 69% -> 98%, exportpublickeydialog.cpp 53% -> 94%,
processoutputpanel.cpp 75% -> 100%. Each test pins an observable outcome
(widget state, emitted signals, file contents, the label text), under the
offscreen QPA with fake gpg where one is needed (skipped on Windows), and
was run three times in a row for flakiness.

* tests: the users dialog's box title is not compared on macOS

QMessageBox shows no window title there and Qt leaves it empty; the text
carries the assertion.

* tests: a Windows-legal file name for the armor-check test

"<" and ">" cannot appear in a file name on Windows, so writing key<b>.gpg
failed there before the dialog was even opened. An ampersand is HTML-special
too and is legal everywhere.
