CI: build and test on OpenBSD 7.9 (Qt 6) (#1898)

* CI: build and test on OpenBSD 7.9 (Qt 6)

The same VM job as FreeBSD's, on vmactions/openbsd-vm: qt6-qtbase,
qt6-qttools, qt6-qtsvg, gnupg, git and gmake from the 7.9 packages,
qmake-qt6, gmake, the suites under the offscreen QPA. The security/qtpass
port is not ours (Stefan Hagen maintains it; the Qt6 update is on ports@),
but a build to point at before a release is. README lists pkg_add.

* tst_firstrunwizard: the fake gpg uses echo, not printf

The suite empties PATH so the Programs page finds nothing; the fake gpg
then needs shell builtins only. printf is one in bash and FreeBSD's sh but
not in OpenBSD's ksh, where the fake listed no keys and four tests failed
on the new OpenBSD job. Every other suite passed there.
