chore: move the v6 line to 6.0.0-alpha.0 (#1380)

`package.json` said 5.27.0, a version already published to npm from the v5 line,
which has since gone to 5.27.1. Everything built here stamped it: `Alert.VERSION`,
the banner on every file in `dist/` and `js/dist/`, the download link in the
README and the CDN URLs the docs render from `config.yml`.

`npm run release-version 5.27.0 6.0.0-alpha.0` handles the five files it knows
about and `npm version --no-git-tag`; the two nuspec files are not on its list
and were stuck at 5.21.0, so they are set by hand. The tracked output is
rebuilt so its banners carry the new number.

Nothing is published and no tag is created. The CDN URLs in `config.yml` now
name a version that is not on npm yet, which is what a pre-release bump means;
the v6 docs are not deployed, so nothing live points at them.
