ci: generate autocomplete docs before building evaluators (#2067)

The deploy workflow added in #2066 failed on its first real run:

  RollupError: Could not resolve "./source_1.json"
  from "src/editors/ace/docTooltip/index.ts"

src/editors/ace/docTooltip/*.json are generated and gitignored, and the
evaluator bundles import them, so a clean checkout cannot build without
generating them first.

This is precisely the class of bug a local check cannot catch: every
developer machine that has ever run `yarn build` already has those files
sitting there, so the workflow built fine locally and broke the moment it
met a fresh checkout. nodejs.yml never hit it either, because there
`yarn build` (which runs `yarn docs`) precedes `yarn build:evaluators`.

Uses `yarn autocomplete` rather than `yarn docs`: the latter also builds
the full jsdoc site, which this deploy has no use for. Verified that
autocomplete alone regenerates every required file, and that the full
sequence produces all eight bundles from a genuinely clean tree
(dist/ and the JSON both deleted first).
