* ci: publish the Conductor evaluator bundles to GitHub Pages

The evaluators built in #2058, #2061 and #2064 are not hosted anywhere,
so the language directory cannot point at them and nobody can try Source
under Conductor without replicating a local static server.

Kept separate from deploy-docs.yml, which publishes the LaTeX/jsdoc
language documentation to an external repository and needs a TeX
toolchain — unrelated to shipping worker bundles. Mirrors py-slang's
build-deploy.yml.

Only build:evaluators runs, never build:slang. Both write into dist/,
and the latter is the tsc output for the published npm library —
megabytes of .js/.d.ts with no business on a CDN. On a clean CI checkout
dist/ therefore holds exactly the eight bundles and their sourcemaps;
verified locally.

The job also asserts each expected bundle exists and is non-empty before
publishing: a rollup config change can leave one silently unbuilt, and a
missing evaluator would 404 for whoever the directory points at it.

Requires GitHub Pages to be enabled on the repository with
build_type=workflow (py-slang is configured the same way); js-slang has
no Pages site today, so this workflow cannot succeed until that is done.
