* perf: find built-in data generators from an explicit list

Previous solution walked flexmeasures.data.models at start-up and imported every module under it which increased import times. A test checks the list against a full walk. Plugins keep being discovered as before.

* fix: name the data generator in the "not registered" error

The message was a plain string holding {self.model}, so it printed that
placeholder literally instead of the name that was not found.

This path gets easier to reach now that the built-in data generators come
from an explicit list: a DataSource row naming a generator this instance
does not register, such as MetaStorageScheduler, ends up here.
