Test that a locked-down .gpg-id can be written again (#1853)

writeGpgIdFile() sets owner-only permissions on the QSaveFile before
commit(). On Windows that maps to the read-only attribute (or to ACLs when
NTFS permission lookup is on), and a .gpg-id left read-only would make the
next commit()'s rename fail. #1842 kept "check this by hand on Windows" as
a follow-up; a test that writes three lists in a row and expects the last
one in a still-writable, removable file does that on every CI platform
instead.
