[#179] Add jar files outside of ~/.m2 to the classpath as is

`ejc-connect-to-db' derived the artifact coordinates of every `:classpath'
jar file in order to resolve its dependencies, but
`ejc-path-to-lein-artifact' can do that for the `~/.m2/repository' layout
only: for any other path it passed nil to `s-split', and the connection died
with

    error in process filter: split-string: Wrong type argument: stringp, nil

Return nil for such a path - and for one lying too shallow inside the
repository, where the old code silently built bogus coordinates - and resolve
only when the coordinates are there.  The jar file itself reaches the
classpath either way, just without its transitive dependencies, which there
is nothing to look them up by.
