Fix the dependencies resolution timed out on connect

`ejc-connect' failed, often but not always, with

    Sync nREPL request timed out (op eval code
    (require 'ejc-sql.deps-resolver) ...

while resolving the `:dependencies' of the connection.

`get-dependeces-files-list' resolved the whole dependencies graph and then,
for each artifact of the result, resolved it once again, so a tree of N
artifacts took N+1 `resolve-dependencies' calls, any of which can contact
the remote repositories.  Take the jar files from the single call instead,
since `dependency-files' accepts its graph as is.

Its result was a lazy seq, realized outside of the `try', so the errors of
all the resolutions but the first one were thrown on the caller side rather
than turning into `nil'.  Realize it with `doall'.

Resolution is the only ejc-sql request that downloads artifacts from the
remote repositories, so give it a timeout of its own, the new
`ejc-dependencies-resolve-timeout', instead of leaving it to the global
`nrepl-sync-request-timeout' shared with the requests that should stay
responsive.  It relies on the `:timeout' parameter of `clomacs-defun', hence
the clomacs 0.0.6 requirement.

The order of the resolved jars changed - the root artifact now comes before
its dependencies - so the test compares them as a set.
