Implement the closer directive

A //yama:closer comment on a provider's entry in a wire.NewSet call now
binds that provider's Close to the teardown pass, as ADR-016 proposes.

The generator reads the directive from the target package's provider
sets, attaches it by position to the entry on the next line, and marks
the component that the provider builds. A misplaced directive, an
unknown name, and an entry that cannot carry the directive are
generation errors that name the file and the line. A marked member
renders as WithClosers at its own level.

The runtime-support package gains LifecycleBuilder.WithClosers. Close
ends the stop chain under the component's own identity, so the
interceptors and the start-failure gate apply. A Close error is logged
and the pass continues. A closer that also implements Stopper is a
generation bug, and the wrap panics.

Yama does not walk provider sets, so a marked provider is a closer in
every graph of its package. ADR-016 and the guide state that scope.
ADR-008 gains the closer exception to its interception rule, and
Architecture lists the fourth member form.

The hello example gains a Client that declares Close alone, and its
end-to-end test covers the close order and the rollback.
