* tst_usersdialog: filtered toggles map to the right key; selection survives filtering

The list is rebuilt on every filter change with the m_userList index in
Qt::UserRole; that mapping decides which keys the store is re-encrypted
to. Ticking row 0 of a filtered list must enable the key that row shows,
a tick made before the key was filtered out must survive, and Escape
clears the filter. Two tests drive that through accept() -> Pass::Init.
