Quit quits; Close window (Ctrl+W) is what "hide on close" applies to (#1790)

Ctrl+Q/Cmd+Q ends the application in KeePassXC, Telegram and per the
KDE, GNOME and macOS guidelines, tray icon or not; the "hide on close"
preference is about closing the window. So the Quit action goes to
QApplication::quit (window state is saved by the destructor, the clipboard
cleared on aboutToQuit) and a new File > Close window (Ctrl+W/Cmd+W) does
what the old bare Ctrl+Q shortcut did: close(), which hides for tray
users. X button and Alt+F4 unchanged; the tray menu already had an
unconditional Quit. FAQ entry for people who relied on Ctrl+Q hiding.
