* perf(build): minify the ESM entry points as modules, not as scripts

terser assumed both ESM outputs were scripts, so their top-level scope
was the global scope and every name declared there had to survive
minification unmangled. `--module` gives the two files module scope, and
those names collapse to one letter.

coreui.esm.min.js: 100.89 KB -> 91.08 KB gzip as bundlewatch measures it,
449,428 -> 380,104 bytes raw. bootstrap.esm.min.js takes the same drop.
The 48 exported names are byte-identical in both files, and the
bundlewatch headroom on coreui.esm.min.js grows from 0.11 KB to 9.92 KB.

The other four terser calls keep script semantics deliberately: their
outputs are loaded as classic scripts, and under `--module` terser
flattens the UMD wrapper into a top-level `var e,t`, which would put two
mangled names on window.

* chore: put the ESM size ceiling back where the file sits

Minifying the ESM entry as a module left coreui.esm.min.js 9.92 KB under its
ceiling, and a ceiling that far above the file reports nothing until 9.92 KB of
growth has already shipped. 92 KB is where its UMD twin coreui.min.js already
sits, so both files now measure at 91-ish against the same ceiling.
