chore: update pdfalto binaries to master 2b5c2c9 (0.6.3 + PR 241)

Binaries for the four platforms taken from the pdfalto CI artifact
pdfalto-bin-all-2b5c2c9, built from kermitt2/pdfalto master at 2b5c2c9. That
commit carries both changes this branch needs: -discardClippedText (#254,
passed by GROBID by default since #1550) and the sparse/accumulated line
number recognition fix that does not strip footnotes (#241), which the
footnotes-refs segmentation training data was regenerated against.

The linux-64 artifact produces byte-identical ALTO content to a local build
of the same commit.
