web-flowtest: stop tst_executor from killing the developer's gpg-agent (1.8) (#1739) * test: stop tst_executor from killing the developer's gpg-agent executeBlockingGpgKillAgent ran `gpgconf --kill gpg-agent` with the inherited environment, so every `make check` killed the session agent of whoever ran it: passphrase cache gone, and the agent respawned by the next gpg call inherited a terminal's environment instead of the desktop session's, which broke pinentry for pass and QtPass alike until the agent was restarted from a session shell. Give the test a throwaway GNUPGHOME through the QProcessEnvironment overload; the command path is exercised exactly as before and there is nothing there to kill.
