github/workflows/pyinstaller: apply the prose rules to a comment

The comment above the release archive upload violated the prose rules
in four ways. `carries` appears twice and becomes `includes`, and
`keeps` becomes `retains`. The `, so` clause is rewritten with `and`
plus `therefore`. The possessive padding in `in its own name` is
deleted.

`those` stood in for a noun the sentence already offered. `the
binaries` replaces it.

The generated `.github/workflows/pyinstaller.yml` takes the same edit.
Both files are comment-only changes. No step, condition, permission,
or pinned revision moves.
