docs: sort the remaining method tables and label the events tables as events (#1281)

Twenty method tables were still in the order rows happened to be added, so a
reader looking for a method had to scan the whole table. Sorted by method
name, statics in their alphabetical slot rather than pinned to the end.

Five events tables were headed `| Method | Description |`: Calendar,
MultiSelect, PasswordStrength, RangeSlider and Rating. Their rows are event
names, so the header now says `Event`; they are sorted with the rest.

Docs build green, no broken links.
