feat(titlebar): workspace name toggle, off by default (#598)

A Workspace name toggle in Settings > Interface puts the active session's
workspace in front of the title-bar identity, "workspace — session — window",
so a window with the sidebar collapsed still says where its session lives.
Off by default: a single-workspace user gains nothing from it, and it joins
customCommands as the second hiddenByDefault element governed by
shownInterfaceElements.

TitlebarComposition takes the workspace as one more Parts field, joins
whichever identity parts are present with the existing em dash, and caps the
workspace at 24 characters with an ellipsis, display only. The identity is one
tail-truncated text, so an uncapped prefix would push the session name off a
narrow bar, the one case the prefix exists for. A blank name from a snapshot
rebuild is dropped rather than rendered as an empty prefix.

The view resolves the workspace from the ACTIVE SESSION, not
currentWorkspaceID: selecting an empty workspace makes it current while the
previous session stays selected. The OS window title is unchanged; every
Interface toggle gates the on-screen label only.
